The Lord Will Be Faithful

I have seen a year come and go in WDW.
At first, the weight came off and God showed me the way clearly. He changed my heart in many areas.
The second session came, and I couldn't attend the classes as my mother in law was in the hospital dying, wanted to be with her as much as I could... and now it is one year to the week since I went to first session.. yet, the Lord has not released me from this journey, nor do I believe He will. It is too life changing, too important, and so much more than the weight loss.
Yes, there are times of discouragement, but the key to it all IS OBEDIENCE. And obedience is a choice... and it is a choice which leaves evidence for all to see.... This WDW doesn't go away. God calls us into it and I think we know it. There is no running away because the truths are really life transforming, they are from HIS WORD!!!
I cry, I make excuses, I even accept that I can't/won't change... but where does that get any of us?? So, as we wander in the dessert, even occasionally returning to Egypt let's remember there really is a PROMISED LAND to reach... and the Lord will be faithful to complete His work in each of us, no matter what or how long it takes.
